One of the sketches has become famous because of the picture of a face that can be seen in the top right corner.

It appears that Coderch would never make a first visit to any one of his work sites unless he had a topographical map of the area.
However, he made an exception with the Ugalde House and it was he himself who took note of the features that needed to be taken into account when the time came to draw up the plans.
